Hi all
I'm thinking of buying Yamaha RX-V659 receiver.I read that digital in can't be used with any sources in second zone.
Do you think this is a very bad thing for users in second zone like me
?
I'm gonna buy Playstation 3 and won't i be able to use optic in?
Thanks

All 2 Zone Receivers require an analog input for Zone2. You can still use the Digital input for your PS in the Main Zone, and the Analog inputs will cover your Zone2 which is just 2 channel stereo anyway.
Just connect both the digital and the analog to the input of your choice on your receiver. Main Zone1 will use the Digital and Zone2 will use the analog at the same time.

That's just how it works! Same will all sources, DVD, Sat, Cable box, Etc..

Btw, i've decided to wait a few months until DTS-HD etc. decoding capable AVRs come out.Do you have any idea about when we'll see them on the market?
Thanks again
