Yamaha HTR 5490/Hughes E86 STB Audio Problem (1 Viewer)

I have my Hughes E86 high def STB hooked into my HTR 5490 via optical audio. Today I lost the sound from my OTA analog TV stations. Audio on OTA HD stations is fine and DirecTV audio is fine. Sound on every other input is fine as well. I tried switching the input mode on the Yamaha which is always set to "Auto" but nothing works. I have had no problems for the 6 months I have owned these components, and can't figure out what button I hit to screw this up. There is no other audio connection between the two units, optical only.

Just an addition:

The PCM light is on when tuned to an analog station. It is not on when tuned to digital OTA or satellite. Could this be the problem?

I looked through all the STB menus and there aren't any audio options to speak of. Dolby Digital On/Off and that's it. I switched it for the heck of it, but to no avail.

I'm going crazy trying to figure it out!
