I know this is probably a silly question. But has anyone who owns the champagne version, ever tried to remove the side rosewood panels. I'm thinking about building a flush mounted component rack in a wall, and need to know if these can be removed for asthetics. Thanks

You can remove the wood parts. But you can't use the original screws because they are too long, and will damage the unit if screwed back in all the way. Get new shorter screws, or use none at all after removal.
