Yamaha 5790 Component OSD (1 Viewer)

Hello!

I am unable to make the OSD work through the component out when a DVD is playing. It makes no difference whether it is 480i or 480p. If I try to use the OSD, the screen goes blank before displaying the OSD. So no OSD over a DVD image?

The receiver is hooked up to an Optoma H30.

Any ideas?

Menu > (4) Options > (A) Display set > Component OSD

Set Component OSD to ON so that OSD is output through component video.
