XP Program Install- Why can't all users use it? (1 Viewer)

When I was setting up XP on my computer, I installed most of my programs before creating any multiple users. I then created the users (my wife and I, basically).
For some reason, Paperport (v6.1 circa '98) won't run under my wife's account anymore. It says components are missing. It works fine under mine.
I've not had a chance to get into the details yet, but I thought I'd throw it out there. Any ideas?

This one has come up several times - the official recommendation is, I think, to make everyone a system administrator (yeah, right, nice security model), but an unofficial one being mentioned by many people is to run the install again as the other user, installing to the same directory.
I don't even have XP, so please don't blame me for not testing it though!
