I have two XP install disks. I have to re-install one of the systems, but I don't know which prod key goes to which system.

Is there any way for me to find that out?

Yes the cd key is in the registry of windows. Go to run, type regedit and hit ok. Follow the following directions.

1) Open the Registry Editor
2) Navigate to HKEY_LOCALMACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft WindowsNT CurrentVersion.
3) Find ProductId in the right panel. The CD Key is digits 6 thought 15.

This will tell you what key is on that machine. Hope this helps.

I don't think the product ID is the same as the 25 character CD key XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.

The CD key might be in the file c:windowssystem32oobeoobeinfo.ini. But on my computer, which is a Dell that came with XP preinstalled, the key in that file doesn't match the sticker on my computer.
