Try one of the custom cable makers such as Wickedcables, CatCables etc..

I've seen relatively inexpensive prices for balanced cables at both www.wickedcables.com and www.bluejeanscable.com (I'm shopping for a single XLR cable myself).

so many places to get these things. locally, you might look in the yellow pages for Guitar Center.

generally speaking, i'd be looking for something made with Canare or Mogami wire in a 4-conductor. should be somewhere around $20 for your length.
