It would take Bungie as long to patch Halo to play lag free on Live! as it would take them to just rewrite the code from scratch for Halo2.
I'm very happy Halo2 is coming for Xmas 2K3 and I want that game done right. Halo is done, over, gone. Enjoy what it was, not what you want it to be. If I really need to FPS on Xbox before next Fall, I'm sure UT or another title will fill the gap well enough.
