I have a linksys router and my xbox hooked up to it.

I have a friend who has an xbox but does not have high speed internet.

If he were to buy his own xbox live kit, could he bring his xbox over, connect to my router, and play live on one of my TV's while I'm on live with my xbox on another TV, through the same internet connection and the same router?

If it sounds technically possible, has anyone tried it with success?

Carlos, I regularly play MechAssault, Ghost Recon and RTCW at a buddies this way when we get together (strangely, we play together like this more often then with our independant connections at our respective homes). He has plain vanilla Sprint DSL.

Because everyone's connections are different (and different at different times!) find a way to test it out first.

Don't forget DSL comes in many flavors. Check to see what his upload is. If he doesn't have at least 384 I'llbe shocked, especially considering the hog Wolf and Ghost are
