Well, last Friday, some friends and I hooked up 2 Xboxen, one to a 47" widescreen HDTV, and one to a 27" 800x600 computer monitor. It worked really well, as the larger had a split screen, and the other had the 27" all to itself. It was really cool to also have a deathmatch where each person had their own TV.
Wr are going to do another one with more Xboxen when I move into our new house.

Looks like fun. I remember messing around with the computers at my friend’s old job. We had to configure IPX over the LAN and we played Blood deathmatch. Since it was really a house, all the computers were in different rooms and when a good frag came, it was great to hear the yelling just a few feet away. [IMG]

Complete guess: looks like it's hooked upto the TV-IN of the black computer box on the bottom left of the pic.

At school (High School, that is) we had a room with at least 22 computers on a LAN. We got them all to play Team Fortress. Total chaos.

We ended up getting in trouble because of violence, abuse of power, not using the computers for the proper reasons, and we kept filling up the room at lunch so nobody else could use it. Actually, our substitute even got in the action and had us set him up to play in the room with us.

    nice.

It really shows how small a 27" TV/monitor looks compared to a 47" thing.

Is that really 27" or is it 21"? I have a 27" TV and it looks decent sized but that 47" panasonic dwarfs it!
