ok guys bought KOTOR and the game locks op on me anytime i pause it. A total HARD freeze that i have to shut the system off. Whats worse it never saves of course. Any ideas? I am starting to wonder if i should exchange the game or if my xbox is acting up? grr

My Xbox freezes if I pause KOTOR for a long time. A long time is usually only like 2 minutes. So I have a similar problem. But freezes when you hit the pause button immediately...I dunno

ive played Kotr without any freeze ups at all. maybe its a bad cd

also anytime i go to save grrr i guess i will have to attempt to exchange it

Before you return it, from the Lucasarts site:

...and also, I would try starting up three different games in the Xbox. This will purge any Kotor related temp data from the hard drive.
