Xbox component output-how can I tell if I can use 480i etc? (1 Viewer)

I finally got an Xbox the other night, and grabbed the HD pack to hook up to my TV. The component inputs look great, but there's a setting on the Xbox that lets you enable/disable 480i output etc. Looked in my TV manual, and there's no mention of any of these terms. Not even sure exactly what they mean-is there any way that I can find out what my TV supports?

If you couldn't find any mention of it in your manual your TV may not support 480P. What kind of TV do you have?
