this wasnt working initially on sunday and the beginning of the week.
best buy sent an email to all managers saying this is a now working deal and it is currently correct in their register system.

adding that there have been reports and receipts showing that this works with the box sets, matrix and planet earth, maybe others.
this is surely a glitch and might not work tomorrow.

Confirmed that it's still working with the box sets (at least as of a half-hour ago). It works at a regular register (no need for customer service for an override or adjustment).
