Anybody know of any cheap options for X-10 fan switches? All the ones I've found are $30 and up, which is just a bit more than I'd like to pay. Also, I'd like the push button style because I have a bunch of normal X-10 switches already and I'd like them to match.

Actually I couldn't find any fan switches at x10.com at smarthomes.com they had a bunch, but like I said, they're all quite pricey.

Not sure how much cheaper you want to go than $30 bucks. Here is a real low cost solution, use an appliance module. This will only allow on/off control. You will need to add male/female connectors to the power supply.

Thanks for the link Phil, I haven't seen that site before.

Maybe $30 isn't so bad. Fortunately a mysterious stranger from this forum sent me a coupon for smarthomes.com. So that helped out a bit, if it goes through.
