Depends what you want it for, the various hubs have very different rules. I use it for aquiring Zwan SHNs and that hub shares very freely (totally legal) , however a friends experience with other hubs, Dreamcast
wasn't so great. Depends on the community I guess

yeah i've used Direct Connect for about 3 months or so and, i must say, WOW! it's huuuuge! they advertise that there's 2.5 petabytes of info for download (that's 2500 Terabytes, or 2,500,000 Gigs of info)!! there's alot of stuff to be had there, but be warned that it is all very illegal.

I couldn't care less for movies, games or porn , all I'm looking for is an alternative to Morpheus, which is all too useless anymore for finding a lot of music I look for (live stuff, b-sides, or any other non-radio friendly music).
Does it have any kind of spy-ware? Does it tend to crash? Is this software any good for what I'm looking for?
