WTB: your DIY sub (1 Viewer)

I've seen a lot of posts here where people sell their DIY subs as they're moving on to build something better and bigger
e.g. there's a post right now about a dual Shiva sonotube for $300
I'm looking for a powered sub based on Shiva/DVC or any other good 12" driver (I fear 15" will be too much for my apt). My price range is upto $250 (maybe $300 for a really good deal). Don't think I can get an SVS at those prices and I don't have the tools or skills to build my own.
I'm in the SF Bay Area and would like to keep it local.

I've got 2 KEF Coda S subs i'm thinking about selling. If your interested in one maybe we could work something out. It has one 10" inch driver, downfiring. It is self powered with 100 watts. Its magnetically sheilded, crossover freq. is 80Hz-150Hz. Its all black with Dimensions (HxWxL) 18.2x14.7x16.9in. and it weighs 31.7 lbs. It also has speaker through puts.
