WTB: Pioneer LD Player (1 Viewer)

I am looking to buy a LD player with the following specs:

Pioneer brand
Must be in good-excellent condition (one you would sell your mom or dad)
Both side playback
Must have original remote
Needs either AC-3 or optical out (ideally both)
Ideally would be no more than 5-6 years old.
Seller must guarantee complete functionality of the player when I receive it or I get my money back.
No required demod/LDs to purchase with it (I already have a bunch but no working player to play them on).
Not more than $220 shipped.

I am willing to pick up in person if you are in the SF Bay Area.
