WTB: Older 5.1 receiver (1 Viewer)

I'm looking to buy off something that you guys no longer need after an upgrade - here is what I would like:

-5.1 with DD (DTS is a plus) decoding - I don't need 7.1
-weighs less than 35 lbs
-doesn't generate a lot of heat

Additional things that I would like (but aren't dealbreakers) are S-video switching, Dolby Prologic II, and a remote. Thanks!

Really depends on what model, etc but my top end would be around $150 shipped to zipcode 28303 or pickup in the Fayetteville, NC or central/southern Atlanta, GA area.

I can get you a Sony STR-DB940 for your price. It was my main HT receiver up until about 18 months ago when I upgraded to one with component switching. It meets all your requirements and I have the original remote and box. Not sure on the weight though, but I'd guess just under 35 lbs.

how about a marantz 565U for $250 plus shipping? You'd have to look it up to find out what it does because I'm a noob with this stuff but it is 5.1 and it's the limited edition unit. It's in perfect shpe too.
