Don't know what a mini ITX is, but if you want a small computer case, either one of these should fit the bill.

Brian is right, those shuttle systems are really hard to beat for size/price/performance right now.

For Intel CPUs, SS51G is the best.

For AMD, SN41G2 is a real beast (nforce2).
