WTB: Laserdisc player (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for a laserdisc player with digital audio out (need not have AC-3 RF out), 49-50 dB or higher S/N ratio, and 2 sided play. I'd prefer Pioneer but would consider clones or other quality players. Email me if you have a player that meets these criteria. I'm looking to stay under $150 at most (it all depends on the particular model).

I have a CLD-702 that I was going to put up. It is not in perfect cosmetic condition, nor operating condition. I have the remote (shuttle style)

No AC-3, but digital output (both opt and coax, I think). It has AB side switching, but it has little problem switching back to side A. a little smack near the back where the mechanism is, and the gears catch. Probably just needs a new spring or grease or something. (this is the only operational issue I know of)
