WTB: iScan HD+ (1 Viewer)

I am looking for an iScan HD+ partly for my Constant Image Height setup, but also for other features it offers. Looking to spend less than what they go for on eBay, otherwise, I would buy there SDI option not necessary, but depending on price, I may consider that also. I'd like to get a used HD+ for less than $725.00 USD.

P.S. Also looking to pick up a Panamorph. Preferabley a 752 as it seems to be about the right quality for what I can afford for now. Looking to spend around $300 to $350-ish USD. I would also consider a U15 but would prefer a 752 or perhaps another UH model. I cannot afford much more than $350 though, so thats why the 752 is my first choice. I may make my own DIY lens some day, but for now, I'd like to grab something right away to use and help me complete my Constant Image Height setup now.

FYI,
Sometimes ago, you were checking my U15 forsale - But you want constant height set up. I see you mention here again, but I'm sure 752 is for constant width.
