WTB: Denon 2802 or Outlaw 1050. (1 Viewer)

Shopping for a receiver, and I'm torn between these two. If I can get a good deal on a 1050, I'll go that route. Otherwise, looks like I'll go with the Denon (it just has so many more features than the Outlaw...DTS-ES and DPLII being the most prevelant). Anyone upgrading to separates or a better receiver?
