For $800 you can almost purchase a new Samsung CRT tv. Sears carries the 47" and 43" models. Both are under $1k. Sam's Club sells the Samsung 47" crt for about $900 with tax here...

The Samsung 47" crt is $999 right now at the local Sears and $850 at Sam's Club. I just saw the same model for $699 and $100 shipping on one of the discount sites like E-Cost.
