Recently upgraded to a reciever that does not have RF input for ac-3 from laserdisc player. Am looking to buy used or new RF Demodulator.

Not anymore. I ordered on two months ago from Sony and they put my order on back order status saying two to three months before shipping. Last week I got a apoligy letter from Sony stating that the MDF1 demodulator was just disscontinued and was no longer availble for sale.
