Good working condition
Remote
Can Pass AC-3(Also good if it has a demodulator or i can just buy one)
Plays Both sides
Can do DTS (I would like it but not a necessity)

You wont find one with a built in demod. Corbin is selling one and posted a few days ago. I also have a few extras for sale. I have a new in the box Nakamichi that I will sell for $129 plus shipping. Let me know,
