    i recently bought La Femme Nikita seasons 1-3 and one of the discs came with a factory flaw on it. It has a pretty bad scratch on it and it will not play correctly on 2 episodes...Does anyone have an email address or web site address where I can email WB and see if maybe I can send this disc in to get a replacement one? Would they do that? Thanks

    How about a phone number to their customer service?...
    1-800-891-1311

    I have only had any replacement done when there was a problem with all their sets that they went ahead and did a replacement (in my case The Flash: The Complete Series)... not sure about something that only effects a small number of sets such as a bad scratch like this... but don't hurt to try.

I called back 2 other times but got the same women! And on different days! Does anyone know of an email address or website where I could send the WB a message?? Thanks for any help!

    You should take it back to the store. Retail stores have the responsibility to exchange a damaged item within their stated return policy.

    For Magnum PI Season 3 I ended up taking the same set back about 5 times before getting an undamaged set. Past their return policy you have to then rely on the manufacturer.

    Cool!

    I've had problems with Gillian's Island Season 3. I've had it for over a year so I knew WalMart wouldn't help me. And I couldn't find a phone # or a email address for WB. It's almost as if those folks don't want to hear from us after we've bought the item. I'm sure it's not thaaaat. {canned laughter}

    I would try the retailer first. I think it will be easier to get a replacement from the store than from WB.

    You can still exchange the DVD for another set. When they ask if I have a receipt, I always tell them that it was a gift. They're usually pretty good about it, especially if they have the set in stock. I've done that at Best Buy, too and didn't have any problems.

    Ahhhhh...good idea. I'll try that. Thanks. I'll have to check and make sure WM has some in stock.

    Btw, the "rebate people" have my receipt.
