Its from audiobahn, I have read really good things about their subs. But Im not sure about the specs and all that kinda stuff. The magnet on these things seems really huge.

Yes, they make good subs, but without the full specs it's impossible to say how well it will work as a home sub.

Chad,
You'll want to look at speakers that have the Theil(?)Small
specs. These numbers allow you to load a driver into a modeling program such as noted above and see it performs in a given enclosure.
