I would. I only remember watching one episode in its entirety, but it was quite good. Seems like another in a long line of shows with great potential that Fox just couldn't do anything with. I am an absolute sucker for period shows about growing up (The Wonder Years, Freaks & Geeks, and American Dreams are among my all-time favorites), and I would absolutely buy a package of all 24 episodes.

It was decent. I don't think I'd buy it, but it was a pretty good show.

I had never heard of the show but Grant Rosenmeyer, the kid who played Oliver, guest starred on Monk recently and I was impressed enough to look him up on the IMDB to see what else he'd done. Oliver Beene sounds funny and charming and I'd take a chance on it on DVD if the price were right. I hope they release it.

    Regards,

    Joe

    I remember this show.
    It wasn't bad.

I saw this episode, and Grant Rosenmeyer actually seems like a talented actor
(he played a younger version of Monk). Sorry if that was a little off topic.[IMG]

I would definitely snap it up.

I was just talking to my Dad about "Firefly" and "Wonderfalls" and other quickly cancelled shows that have been released on DVD including unaired episodes. He mentioned that he'd love to see DVDs of "The Inside" and "Oliver Beene."

It was a good show. Not sure I'd buy it, though.

I'd probably either buy or rent it...but I'd be much more interested in seasons 2-on of Malcolm in the Middle.
