Did anyone mention the rocket car that goes off the ice cliff in Die Another Day? Actually, I don't think it's CG, but it's possibly the cheapest looking effect I've seen in a movie since the 50s! It genuinely looks like some teenager shot a model car flying off a wall - it's preposterously unrealistic...

It's gotta be the scene from "Basic Instinct". You know, the one where Sharon Stone uncrosses her legs. Very unrealistic looking toupee.
