Nope, you just need to compile a list of films you think are truly, universally, bad. Being that one man's garbage is another man's gold, it may be trickier than you think. Would you belive that there are people on this forum who actually LIKE Armageddon?

Regarding I'm All Right Jack: I understood most of it - I've seen enough movies about the English to where I'm pretty familiar with their slang, etc.
