    Hi!

Is this movie starring Michelle Yeoh (Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon) still available on DVD? If so, any suggestions where I can purchase it?

    Thanks!

The Tai Seng version is out of print but sometimes stores still have it lying around. Disney now has the rights to this but you may be able to get the import at HKFLIX.com. For some reason they didn't say they had to stop carrying this one.
If you have an all region player, you can wait until Hong Kong Legends releases the movie but at this time there isn't a release date.

There are a few versions out there.

The best one currently as Matt said is the Tai Seng one. I just traded mine away a few days ago.

There is Mainland Chinese version (pinkish covers)

I would caution you not to go the e-Bay route. The Tai Seng one has been bootlegged and is being auctioned off there.

The HKL one will be PAL R2 and WILL BE the best.

    Caveat Emptor.

is hkflix.com reliable place? Will thier version have english dubbed or just subtittles? I recorded this movie off cables TNT channel about 2 to 3 years ago. But I'd love it on dvd. I know dubbing is considered a no-no but I read so slow I miss the movie. lol

I just talked to Tai Seng today (I know.. shame). The Wing Chun DVD being sold on E-Bay (that clearly says it's the Tai Seng version) is a bootleg disc. However, they are powerless to have it removed (a first huh?). So, I would check your local Suncoast/Sam Goody/Musicland. That's where I found a bunch a while back.
