Windtalkers: Director's Cut reviews? (1 Viewer)

Okay, so Windtalkers: Director's Cut just came out on DVD with 20 or so minutes of new footage, but I have yet to see a good review discussing the pros and cons. So can anyone tell me if this version is a significant improvement to the theatrical cut? Woo is kind of famous for his director's cuts (Hard Target, Bullet in the Head, etc.), so I'd be interested in knowing whether these changes elevate it from a so-so to a must-buy?

Also, can anyone discuss the changes in detail? Is this stuff that was cut for MPAA reasons? Does it add to the character development or storyline? Or is it just a bunch of crap that was cut for a very good reason?
