Windows Media Player: can you customize it by adding other visual effects? (1 Viewer)

I am mostly happy with WMP (XP version) but was hoping to add a spectrum analyzer display to it. There is a visual they offer called "Bars and Waves: Bars" that is a very pretty specrtum analyzer-like display, but I don't think it is very accurate nor does it show the frequencies.

Does WMP allow for downloading of visuals, and if not, does anyone know of a good CD player that has a good spectrum analyzer?
