I prefer winamp myself, but I went a head and installed WMP10.

No problems, don't really like the "new" look, nothing else seems altered.

Thanks for the heads up Nick!

Speaking of heads, who is that in your sig? I liked your old sig with your cute teeny-bopper self in it.

Wow...you must get a lot of chicks! I want to see a group picture! [IMG]

I just installed WMP10. Hmm. I still like ZoomPlayer better. But then, that's because I can actually tune the thing to play weird divx files.

    Nick,

I think I figured out your wi-fi problem, it's residual electricity from the lightsocket you stuck your finger in to get that hairstyle. [IMG]

Speaking of the wi-fi problems, I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks SP2 messed things up. About every 12 hours I'm losing my wi-fi connection at home and have to restart the modem and router. It's a huge pain in the arse. Anyone know of any solutions so far? I'm running a D-link router and card.

Off the top of my head for the wifi - don't use the windows zero config. Windows is just harrible at managing anything it seems like.

Biggest pain with SP2, for me, is that it replaces the current bluetooth driver with an old, castrated, out of date driver. Took me a while to figure out how to get a new driver on.

My gf had problems with frequent disconnections with WiFi. Running SP1. We're hoping SP2 will fix it, but who knows if that will ever happen...temporary solution is to disable Zero Configuration (what a lovely name) once she gets a connection, and it will last longer. Grrrr. [IMG]

:p) nice use of sarcasm! Far far less chicks then one would imagine [IMG]

Justin: i am also running a d-link wireless router. But not a Dlink wifi adaptor. I also do not use windows zero configurator, rather my Wifi adaptor manufacturer's software.

Well i installed WMP10. I think it runs a bit faster... but looks about the same as WMP9. Library is still confusing. wish it was a simple playlist like winamp has

I think I really need to get XP. I'm missing out on so many things by not having it.
