Allan, their best comb filter is one that Mitsu actually developed. Pioneer and Mitsu share it. You know how buddy, buddy many Nipponese firms are. Somebody over at AVS told me they're hand made and that it takes a technican about 3 hours to make one. His quess was that this curcuit added maybe as much as $500 to the price of a TV or player so equiped. Best wishes!
