Will IScan Pro help with cable TV picture (1 Viewer)

Hello group,

Let me preface this with "I've tried to use the search function, but have been unable to use it for the last 2 days".

I was wondering if anyone has any experince with using the DVDO IScan Pro with cable TV images. SOme channels, especially the lower channels, and some of the digital cale channels look pretty bad on my Pioneer 643HD5 64" TV. Some pictures, like CBS Crime Scene Investigators and HBE, etc, looks pretty good.

Will the IScan Pro unit do anything for me with the TIme Warner digital cable? If it makes a difference, I'm using a SA 3100HD box.
