I recently bought the Sony everyone raves about, but have already been biten buy the 'bug' Would one 25-31pc be enough? I guess thats the entry level powered sub.
I hate the look of the sony and would love a cylinder type sub. Can anyone give me reviews or past experience.
The sub will probably get 50/50 music/movie. Im on my way to audioreview now but would like to get some other input.
Thanks (and yes, I know there is a subwoofer section [IMG] )

Thats what I have and it is enough. No desire for more anymore. Everything in the house shakes and rattles before the sub bottems, so more would be pointless for me. Only if your room is very large or you like bass insanely loud would you need more. Fantastic music sub BTW.

Do these face up well with bookshelves?

Can you recommend some good bookshelves for music and hometheater?

I'm searchign for a decent sub and bookshelves/center.

My subwoofer for my HT is terrible for music, and I love the sound of a good subwoofer, but just don't know what I can do.

I'm in the $1000 range for a subwoofer, front mains and a matching center if within price range.
