Wife and TV shopping (1 Viewer)

Our 10-12 year old 31" CRT is about to go out, so I started to do some preliminary shopping for a new HDTV. I saw a Sony 50" SXRD locally at a pretty good price. I took my wife to see the TV today and she says to me, I don't know if 50" is big enough. It was music to my ears. Of course, she didn't have to persuade me hard to look at a larger size.

We haven't purchased anything, but are leaning towards the 55" SXRD. Just wanted to let you know that wives can sometimes surprise us in a good way.

I had the same 'problem'. I was recently looking to upgrade our 7 year old Toshiba 36" CRT and started looking at 42" plasma and LCD sets. Wifey said '"I like the 46" better." Hell, when they're right why argue.
