I'm curious as to why director George Miller didn't participate on the Mad Max SE. I know Mel Gibson is probably busy, but what's Miller's excuse? The supplements on the SE are okay as it, but Miller's (and Gibson's) participation would have made it even better...

I definitely second this. The film looks great, sounds great, and there are some cool extras (I learned a couple things), but I wondered where Miller was, especially since practically no one involved in MAD MAX worked on ROAD WARRIOR, it seems. Bad blood? What a shame.

While we are complaining. [IMG] Again we get crappy cover art. What was wrong with this original art?

The problem with the old cover is you actually have to read Mel Gibson's name. On the new cover you can see that handsome devil without having to read [IMG] .
