Why no Buzz about the Sherwood Newcastle 963 (1 Viewer)

At around 1000 dollars how can you beat a reciever that has full 7.1 capabilities, PCM upconversion, and an MX-500 remote. Sounds like a great reciever to me, and from what I have heard about the Newcastle line they have a good amplifier section so why are more people not talking about this receiver??

While it is true that the previous generation of Sherwood (and other brands) could lose a split second of a digital signal while the autoformat detection did its job. This is no longer true. Certainly the Newcastle R-963 and R-863 are completely cured.
