Why is the 1996 version of the Littles Rascals dvd out of print? (1 Viewer)

I posted this question a few weeks back and it seems to be missing. My daughter loves this movie and I wanted to get her the dvd. But, the only place I have seen it available is half.com for over $70!! Sheesh! I could get a vhs version for under $5.

Anyone know why this movie is out of print? And will it be rereleased?

I would suppose because the disc didn't sell very well and the studio is taking its time regarding a reissue.
