Mario isn't out for the e-Reader yet.
The way it works is that you get 5 cards for one NES game. You scan each card twice and you have to scan them in order, so you have to swipe a total of 10 times. This is a bit annoying, but some of these games will have enough game time to justify the time it takes to swipe them. After that, then you can just play. Most of the games out for it are things that are only single level affairs or aren't long games, like Mario.
