why head of the class never shown on abc family (1 Viewer)

I wonder why head of the class has never shown on abc family,it's been in syndication and cable/satallite,over the years and now over the air.but it was never shown on abc family.

Abc family.had Growing pains,tgif sitcoms,Full house,Gilmore girls,7th heaven,but they never shown head of the class.

Head of the Class (and some others listed here) are Warner Television productions that were licensed to first-run broadcast on ABC. Apparently ABC/Disney did not have syndication rights to some of the shows, so they'd have to be re-licensed from Warner in order to show them on ABC Family/Freeform.

That is absolutly true,abc family/freeform never got the rights to any of their programming.
