I've had the iPad, and iPad Air 2019, but for my usage they were a little too big, so I've now for the iPad Mini. I use to to stream music, watch films on the go, read books with the Kindle App and browse using it. The size works for me, especially for travelling. I do wish they had included a 120hz display though.

The Fire 10" 13th gen recently increased in price from $95 to $140, so much for waiting for a Prime Day deal? So I purchased a Fire 10" 11th gen from Woot for $35. It arrived in perfect condition, with a cable & no lock screen ads. Being several years old it took about an hour of updates & restarts to bring it up to date, so be patient if you buy one. It's faster than the Fire tablet it replaced & works perfectly!

I just ordered an (current gen) iPad Mini primarily for my GF (likely to be used most in her "new" 2018 Rav4 that doesn't have Car Play... though I'm sure she'll use it quite often outside her car too). The Mini does seem like a great form factor for actually mobile uses, especially if one doesn't already have a larger Pro Max iPhone...

I do like the larger, squarer form factor of its larger siblings for some uses, but also found enough drawbacks that make me seldom reach for one when I've owned one in the past. I just end up sticking w/ my iPhone or hop on my PC (or now also MacBook Pro) instead -- think I will finally just switch from iPhone Pro to Pro Max for my next phone upgrade probably later this year...

The rumors about upcoming foldables (including something around 19-20") are definitely intriguing though...
