Heard nothing but horrible things about this movie, but I wonder if that's because it was marketed as a horror film and not a mystery?

Either way, my lust for Kate Beckinsale guarantees that I'll be watching this on Blu-ray at some point.

I wasn't familiar with this one, so I did a search on MRQE for reviews. I read a couple of them and it sure makes this sound like one dreadful film. It would certainly make me question this as a blind buy. You might want to read some of these first:
