There was an HDCP glitch for a bit and was fixed in the latest firmware, but I'm glad you're getting a new set. Be aware though if the new set arrives with the older, buggy firmware, just update the firmware vs. going through the hassle of getting a third set.

I think one of the first things to do when setting up is updating the firmware.

I was surprised to learn the a tv with a USB port has no way to back the tv settings to a usb stick, but that’s what lg tech support tells me. Now I’ve got to write all my settings down and reapply them to the new tv, which comes today.
