I guess it figured that a fast food joint would muscle its way into the Ring Trilogy somehow....
Personally, I'm waiting to see who'll be first to market officially-licensed "One Ring" engagement/wedding bands....[IMG]

My guess would be Burger King, since I've seen some commercials touting some LOTR's merchandise...

Except I hardly ever go to these fast food joints..

They are $1.99 when you buy one of their "Whopper" deals.
I picked up two last week and they are a lot nicer than I anticipated. They are glass and have a little rubber device with two LED's that slip onto the bottom to light up your goblet.
I plan on collecting all four. [IMG]

I got Gandolf also. It is a nice mug for drinking beer from.

These look cool. Are the batteries replaceable? I think I'm going to be eating lunch at BK for most of next week, now...

Got my glass about an hour ago. They wouldn't let me buy all four. Bastards. I wonder if it's because they don't actually have all four, or if it's just because they're bastards. [IMG]
Anyway, these glasses are really nice! Seems to me they're worth a heck of a lot more than two bucks... I'm going to grab the rest of the set as soon as I can.

I got Arwen. It's a really cool glass.

The LOTR figures look pretty cool, too, but there are too many of them to collect and I'm not going to buy a kids' meal just to get them.

Yes, Gandolf is in mine possession as well. I think they usually release them one a week, so next week should have a new one. Too bad the nearest BK is an hour a way. [IMG]

I discovered these gems at Burger King tonight. Being a huge Liv Tyler fan I picked up Arwen. I love it. Hell i wrote a whole update on my website about these things [IMG]

I got both Arwen and Gandalf a couple of days ago. My BK at the mall where I work just lets you buy them for $1.99 each without having to purchase any kind of meal item.

They told me they hadn't gotten Aragorn or Frodo yet.

I'm not planning on using the cheesy light-up base units. I just like the look of the goblets.
