Who owns THE TALL GUY and when will we see it? (1 Viewer)

This is one of my favorite quirky comedies, and one of the few DVDs left to be released to replace my old video collection. Does anyone know who currently owns the rights to this one? And have there been any rumors about its eventual release?
I mean, come on -- Jeff Goldblum, Emma Thompson, Rowan Atkinson, and a musical rendition of THE ELEPHANT MAN -- how can you go wrong?

I have no idea when it will be released but Miramax owns the rights to THE TALL GUY.
