there was a couple K1s in the $700 range on ebay sunday, no idea when the auction is over though.
Used too, so the usual caveats' apply.
Not sure who'e got the bst price...I think 1199 is pretty typical for a K1...maybe finding a 1099 price every full moon or so?

www.123dj.com has about the best prices I have seen on Crown amps. I bought my CE2000 from them for $640.

I checked Ebay and there are a few K2's for sale that if you "Buy it Now" they are $899, $949, and $1099 respectively. There is also a K1 which I think was $749 or $799! If I had the cash right now I'd be all over a K2 for any of those prices! Damn!

I picked up one of those "Buy it now" K2s on Ebay. They came factory sealed & with the warrantee card. The amp came with some minor scratches (looked like it had been rack mounted at some point) which was not mentioned in the Ebay listing. However, the difference in price was $300 cheaper vs. a mint K2. The amp works well (driving some Studio 40s until my Stryke drivers show up) so I have no major complaints.
