Who makes the drive-train for the H2 vehicle?

    the H2 is based on the Chevy Suburban platfrom IIRC.

    Charles: Ok, thanks.

    Can anyone confirm the engine and tranny are from a Suburban? Got a bet with someone at work. I say it's a GM product, he's says it's a Chrysler product.

    It is a GM, specifically the new Suburban. Why would Hummer, the civilian version of which is division of GM, use a Chrysler frame and drivetrain?

    Its definitely GM. The h3 version is using alot of parts from the Chevy Colorado.

    it's a GM, but I didn't think it was te suburban, I thought it was one of the smaller trucks like the yukon or something.

    think so? awfully short. Maybe it's tahoe I'm thinking of. Is the tahoe the same as the suburban? I really don't know(care)
